Freeman 24 built in 1976, 2+2 berth, boat safety until September 2024. In October 2021 Perkins 4.108 diesel engine serviced and the boat was antifouled and a new anode fitted.
4 Berths in 1 Cabin. Main cabin has a V shaped seating area at the bow, this area can be separated by a folding wardrobe door. Moving aft on the starboard side you have the sea type toilet. Behind this is the galley which has a 2 hob gas burner, grill and oven, a small sink with hot and cold running water and heating.
On the port side is a large cupboard which has a hanging rail for coats/clothes.
Opposite the galley is the dinette which will seat 4 people comfortably and convert into a double berth. Above and below the dinette are lots of storage cupboards; cutlery and crockery are included.
All the woodwork is traditional elm which is signature of Freeman boats.
The cockpit has helm to port with a captains chair, plus a co-pilot seat to starboard. All main Engine instrumentation switches. The boat comes with 240v ring main, radio and solar panel. Under the cockpit is access to the engine, gearbox and stern gear. This also provides stowage for fenders and warps.
There is a large bench along the aft of the boat which will seat 4 people. There is a small box to make getting in and out easier.
Externally she has her original gel coat, benefits are a stainless steel bow rail with grab rails on the fore deck. An anchor and chain are mounted on the foredeck and in the chain locker; mud weight, ropes and fenders are included.
