Spacious and comfortable accommodation with en-suite bedrooms, wood-burning stoves and enclosed garden with private hot tub make this the perfect place to relax with family & friends.

Also on site Beech Barn (sleeps 6) and Willow Barn (sleeps 12) – these properties can be booked together to suit large family gatherings or group bookings.

It’s all the little extras that make the difference, the log burner in the lounge with cosy oak beams, the private garden & terrace with a hot tub big enough for everyone to enjoy and outside furniture perfect for having a bar-b-que on balmy evenings or to simply gaze at the stars in a spot with little light polution.

Tucked away in Norfolk’s revered countryside, Willow Barn is a 17th century property that incorporates a contemporary design, whilst still retaining its homely atmosphere.  A luxury barn conversion that sleeps 12 people in comfort offers the chance for the whole family to spend time together or for groups of friends to catch up and unwind in a spacious environment.

The spacious lawned garden is a safe place for your little ones to run around and let off steam, or for adults to relax in the wonderfully quiet surroundings.  The private hot tub is us a luxurious touch, the perfect place to recap the day and enjoy a glass of fizz!

THE AREA – Neatishead, Norfolk Broads

Neatishead is a small village in the Norfolk Broads area situated just 11 miles the fine city of Norwich, and 20 miles from the seaside town of Great Yarmouth.

Considered by many to be the gateway to the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham is just 10 minutes away by car where you will find shops, restaurants and attractions to keep the whole family busy.  Horning, often spoken of as the prettiest of the Norfolk Broads villages, is just 5 minutes away in the car.  This is a lovely place to enjoy a drink in one of the riverside pubs or a cream tea whilst watching the boats passing through the village on the River Bure.

Heigham View is a unique property, on the waters edge with amazing views over the River Thurne from the spacious first floor balcony – a great spot for watching the local bird and wildlife.  This modern building boasts a games room with full size snooker and table tennis tables and spacious accommodation for larger groups.  Heigham View has the benefit of a second sitting room room with 65in 3D TV with blue-ray/DVD and surround sound.

Keen fisherman will love this property, this part of the Broads offers some of the best coarse fishing anywhere in the UK (fishing licence required). For the nature enthusiast, everything is on the doorstep – walking and cycling can be enjoyed along a network of quiet lanes and the river and the Broads can be explored by boat, which can be hired directly from the owner.

Ferry Cottage (sleeps 4) is next door and can be hired together with Heigham View for larger groups.

Ferry Cottage enjoys a beautiful waterfront location, this holiday cottage has superb views over the River Thurne and a National Trust wildlife reserve. Ferry Cottage is a single storey detached, two-bedroomed property with all rooms on the ground floor.  The accommodation is modern, light, and spacious with open plan living – french doors open to give direct access to the river.

Two bedrooms, one double and one single, both with en-suite facilities make this the perfect family cottage ideal for families to use as a base for exploring the wonderful Norfolk Broads and Coast.  Whatever your interest, fishing, birdwatching, wildlife spotting or enjoying time in a boat, you will find that this property is in the ideal spot.

Heigham View (sleeps 16) is next door and can be hired together with Ferry Cottage for larger groups.

THE AREA – MARTHAM, NORFOLK BROADS

Martham is a small village in the Norfolk Broads area situated just 19 miles the fine city of Norwich, and 11 miles from the seaside town of Great Yarmouth.

Martham is a pretty village with a traditional village green and duck pond, supermarket, butchers, post office several pubs and take-away food outlets.  It is just a five minute drive to Horsey Mere which is where the Broads meet the sea and you will find a magnificent windpump owned by the National Trust.  Winterton is also close by, a beautifully natural beach, and an area of outstanding natural beauty  – no amusement arcades or brash shops here, just a wonderful sand dunes and a small village.

During the winter months from November to the end of January, Grey seals come ashore to have their pups, you will see dozens of seals on the beach, it is a spectacular sight!
